The Health Alliance pays a significant portion of the cost for the medical and dental plans. In addition, you have access to favorable group rates for the supplemental insurance coverage.

Any associate contributions required for specific benefits you have chosen will be withheld from your pay each paycheck. Some contributions (such as those for medical) are before tax; others (such as those for life insurance) are after-tax. The tax treatment for selected benefits will be described in the Cost of Coverage and Contributions section under each specific benefit.
