Working Less Than 20 Hours per Week

  • You are not eligible for medical, dental, and vision plan benefits.

Working 20 - 31.5 Hours per Week

  • Read Your Associate Benefit Program Booklet.
  • Consider your family circumstances and make careful choices of the benefit plans in which you wish to enroll.
  • Fill out an Benefits Enrollment or Change form.
  • Return the form to your Human Resources department before the end of 30 days from your date of hire.

Working 32 - 40 Hours per Week

  • Read Your Associate Benefit Program Booklet.
  • Consider your family circumstances and make careful choices of the benefit plans in which you wish to enroll.
